She currently teaches children’s art classes to share her love of Art with others. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and son.

This vibrantly illustrated book was created to portray the story like a work of art. Each oil based painting used to Illustrate The Angel on Top of the Tree was sketched and then painted by hand. Barbara used no computer generated artwork.
